Modernization
Our company carries out general overhauls and modernizations of horizontal boring machines, especially from ŠKODA (type W 160 to W 250) and TOS VARNSDORF (WHN type) etc. equipped with CNC control Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc. Deliveries comply with ČSN EN 60204 (IEC 204-1), new electrical equipment and machine design comply with CE regulations.
MODERNIZATION OF HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINES USING THE ORIGINAL HEADSTOCK
Our company ensures disassembly and reassembly at the customer's premises, including training of machine operation and maintenance with the delivery of appropriate documentation. If technically possible the machine can be modified to increase spindle speed, extend the travels of the machine in the X and Y axis, to install hydraulic balancing of ram drop. For machines it is possible to offer repair of milling and boring heads, chip conveyor or repair of rotary tables. New rotary tables are available and are supplied with load capacity from 25 to 80 tons.
MODERNIZATION OF HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINES WITH NEW HEADSTOCK
Our company carries out overhauls and modernizations of machines using a new headstock with a spindle diameter of 160 mm or 180 mm. By using new units, the customer has the possibility to use the latest types of automatically clamped accessories, machining at higher speeds or use tool cooling through the center of the spindle. Machines can be equipped with automatic tool change or robot.

Our company
carries out general overhauls and modernizations of machines using a
new spindle with a spindle diameter of 130 mm. Using new units, the
customer has the possibility to use the latest types of automatically
clamped accessories, machining with 3000 rpm speed or use tool
cooling through the center of the spindle.
MODERNIZATION OF HORIZONTAL LATHES
Our company performs general overhauls and modernization of horizontal lathes at CNC, delivery of new electrical equipment, increase of the turning diameter and delivery of special equipment according to customer requirements. Lathes are also dismantled and reassembly, complete documentation, training the operation and maintenance of the lathe.
